网络警民沟通方法试析

【摘要】：网络警民沟通是我国网络政治沟通的一种表现形式,在和谐警民关系建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。其方法大致可以概括为五种。告知法:平台向网民发布有关法律、政策、案事件情况、警情等信息;融情法:与网民融通情感,拉近与网民的情感距离,加深彼此的理解和信任而进行的交流;问政法:通过网络平台听取民意、汇聚民智,以实现善治和科学决策的一种沟通方式;活动法:为增进网民对公安机关的好感和信任,围绕某一特定主题而精心策划线上活动的一种网络警民沟通方式;互助法:公安机关基于服务与合作的初衷和愿望,而对网民办理公安业务事项提出疑问的解答,以及寻求网民对侦查办案及其他工作支持。网络警民沟通方法要在实践中发挥最佳功效,必须具有稳定性、普适性和开放性。
[Abstract]:Network communication between the police and the people is a form of political communication in our country, which plays a more and more important role in the construction of harmonious relationship between the police and the people. The method can be summarized into five kinds. Informing law: the platform issues information about laws, policies, cases, police affairs and so on to the Internet users, and melts the emotion with the netizens, draws closer the emotional distance with the netizens, deepens the mutual understanding and the mutual trust, and so on. Ask political law: listen to the public opinion through the network platform, gather the wisdom of the people, in order to achieve good governance and scientific decision-making of a way of communication; Activity law: in order to promote the netizens' good will and trust to the public security organ, a network police and people's communication way carefully planning the online activities around a particular theme; Mutual assistance law: based on the original intention and desire of service and cooperation, the public security organs answer the questions of the netizens in handling public security affairs, and seek the netizens' support for the investigation and handling of cases and other work. In order to play the best effect in practice, the network communication method must be stable, universal and open.
