【摘要】：我国改革开放以后，群体性事件是让政府和学者都感到沉重的话题之一。群体性事件在我国频频发生，是社会历史发展的产物，这一方面与我国正处于社会转型时期有着重大关系；另一方面也与我国民众权利意识增强紧密相关。因此，群体性事件已然成为影响我国社会和谐稳定的重大问题之一，对群体性事件的研究，不仅有深刻的理论意义，更有重大的实践意义。本文第一部分主要阐述的是为什么研究群体性事件和怎么研究群体性事件，以达到引出从法社会学角度研究群体性事件的目的。第二部分主要是对群体性事件的相关内容进行了介绍，以期达到详细了解群体性事件的目的。第三部分主要是从法社会学角度剖析了我国群体性事件衍生发展的原因，，以达到预防和治理的可能性途径的目的。第四部分主要从法社会学角度探索预防和治理群体性事件的可能行途径，已达到保护公民权利，维护社会和谐稳定的目的。
[Abstract]:After China's reform and opening up, mass events are one of the heavy topics for both the government and scholars. Group incidents occur frequently in China and are the product of social and historical development. On the one hand, it has a great relationship with the period of social transformation. On the other hand, it is closely related to the strengthening of people's awareness of rights. Therefore, group events have become one of the major issues affecting the social harmony and stability of our country. It has not only profound theoretical significance, but also great practical significance. The first part of this paper mainly describes why to study group events and how to study group events. In order to achieve the purpose of studying group events from the angle of sociology of law, the second part mainly introduces the related contents of group events. In order to achieve a detailed understanding of the purpose of group events. The third part is mainly from the perspective of sociology of law to analyze the reasons for the development of group events in China. In order to achieve the goal of prevention and treatment. Part 4th mainly from the perspective of sociology of law to explore the possible ways to prevent and control group incidents, has achieved the protection of civil rights. The aim of maintaining social harmony and stability.
