“华夷之辨”与清初的政治法律认同

【摘要】:作为所谓“异族”统治的满清王朝,满汉两种异质文化冲突与融合贯穿王朝生命始终,近三百年中,两种文化之间不断对话,从冲突、调整再到融合。清初演变的过程中,对于“华夷之辨”的论争尤为激烈,从统治者到中间士人阶层、明遗民等都在争夺社会话语权,并希望通过话语权来塑造与己相谐应的社会记忆,以证明自身的合法性。满清统治者以开放的心态与博大的胸怀取法于汉族的先进文化,不断地改造自身,以维护其正统性。显然,对于制度文化的认同,从来都是双向互动的过程,对于汉人来说,在这一过程中:明遗民从开始的反抗到后来的逐渐认同;汉族的中间士人阶层以及民间乡绅等在艰难的抉择中,选择在满清汉化过程中扶助满清,同样也助力了两种文化的融合与矛盾的淡化。满汉之间的矛盾因文化间的紧张而凸显,又因文化不断融合而淡化,这说明对于“华夷”来说,,并不是民族问题,而应当是文化问题,只要顺应文化与社会发展的需要,那么无论何族统治都应当是被接受的。反之,如果不是选择这种双向互动,单方的征伐与殊死的抵抗换来的只能是生灵涂炭,民不聊生。“华夷”本就“无辨”。
[Abstract]:As the so-called "alien" rule of the Manchu dynasty, Manchu and Han two kinds of heterogeneous culture conflict and integration throughout the life of the dynasty, nearly 300 years, between the two cultures continue to dialogue, from the conflict. In the process of the evolution of the early Qing Dynasty, the debate about "the debate of Hua Yi" was particularly fierce, from the ruler to the middle scholar stratum, the Ming people and so on were all contending for the social discourse right. Also contributed to the integration of the two cultures and the desalination of contradictions. The conflict between Manchu and Han is highlighted because of the tension between cultures, but also because of the continuous integration of culture, which shows that for "Huayi", is not a national problem. It should be a cultural issue, so long as it conforms to the needs of cultural and social development, then whatever ethnic group rule should be accepted.
