【摘要】：正近年来,我国高等法学教育快速发展,体系不断完善,培养了一大批优秀法律人才,但我国高等法学教育依然存在着培养模式相对单一,学生实践能力不强,应用型、复合型法律职业人才培养不足等问题。因此,教育部专门提出了"卓越法律人才培养计划",将提高法律人才培养质量作为我国高等法学教育改革发展最核心最紧迫的任务。培养应用型、复合型法律人才不仅仅强调的是法律的应用性与工具性,其更深层的潜台词是要培养真正懂法律、会法律、能制(订)法的全能型人才。这样的人才
