【摘要】：正西周是周武王在姜尚、周公旦等人的辅佐下推翻商纣建立的奴隶制国家,西周在建立以后在政治上发生了很大改变,尤其在政治思想和治国方略上,这些改变也体现在法律思想和法律制度上。在夏商时代,国家的君王宣扬"王权天授"的思想,大肆宣扬君王就是上天的代表,是不可动摇的。西周的统治者对统治思想进行了修改,他们宣扬"以德配天,明德慎罚",核心思想就是地上的君
[Abstract]:The Western Zhou Dynasty was a slave country founded by Zhou Wu and Zhou Gongdan, who overthrew Shang Zhou with the help of Jiang Shang and Zhou Gongdan. After the establishment of the Western Zhou Dynasty, great changes had taken place in politics, especially in the political ideology and the strategy of governing the country. These changes were also reflected in the legal ideology and legal system. In the Xia and Shang dynasties, the state's monarch preached the idea of "Wang Quan's gift of heaven" and trumpeted that the king was the representative of heaven. The rulers of the Western Zhou Dynasty revised their ruling thought, and they preached "with virtue, with Heaven, with Mercy and discreet punishment," the core thought of which was the monarch on earth.
