“西晋建兴元年临泽县廷决断孙氏田坞案册”所反映的河西乡里制

【摘要】：临泽西晋墓葬出土的"建兴元年临泽县廷决断孙氏田坞案"简册,记载了临泽某乡里孙氏家族家庭"分户析产"过程中产生的田坞财产纠纷。西晋时期的河西地区,口数较少的小家和大口数的家庭同时存在。河西乡里居民,居住围绕县城周围分布,城内及近郊的属"都乡",周围的依在县城的方位分属东、西、南、北乡管辖。
[Abstract]:The brief book of the case of Sun Shitian Wharf, which was unearthed from the tomb of Linze in the first year of Lianxing, records the dispute of the property of Tianwu in the course of the family of Sun's family in a village of Linze. In Hexi area of the Western Jin Dynasty, small families with fewer mouths and families with large mouth numbers existed at the same time. Hexi rural residents, living around the county seat around the distribution, the city and the suburbs belong to the "city", the surrounding according to the location of the county town belong to the east, west, south, north township jurisdiction.
