试论法律实训课程及其结构与体例

【摘要】：法律实训课以培养法律实务操作技能为目标,以实案情景为教学内容,以实际操作为实训模式,以完成工作任务为考核指标,以培养高素质技能型法律人才为最终目的。法律实训课程具有综合性、技能性、实践性等特征,其内容结构因课程性质不同而不同。实训课程的项目体例可以分为实训目标、实训案例分析、实训任务与提示、实训操作和巩固练习五个部分,其中实训操作部分是实训课程的主体内容。
[Abstract]:The aim of law practice training course is to train the operation skills of law practice, to take the actual case situation as the teaching content, to take the actual operation as the practical training mode, to complete the work task as the examination index, and to train the high quality skilled legal talents as the ultimate goal. The practice course of law has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, skill and practicality, and its content structure is different according to the nature of the course. The project style of the practical training course can be divided into five parts: the training goal, the case analysis, the training task and the prompt, the practice operation and the consolidation practice, among which the practical operation part is the main content of the practical training course.
