【摘要】：随着信息技术的发展,网络媒体日益成为一种新型的社会监督力量,它不同于传统媒体监督方式,它有自己显著的特点与优势,对司法公正的影响也越来越大。西方发达国家对网络媒体监督司法问题有成熟的制度,相对而言我国有很多不完善的地方。现阶段我国司法本身存在不公正的因素,监督是解决司法不公正的一个重要途径,网络媒体的兴起与发展成为监督司法公正的有效方式。本文采用理论联系实际法与比较法,从我国司法公正释义与网络媒体监督的特点出发,在网络媒体对司法公正的价值,以及监督的原则、方式等问题在理论上进行探讨,结合我国网络媒体监督司法的公正现状与存在问题的原因,提出了如何完善司法公正的网络媒体监督制度构想。旨在对我国以后构建网络媒体监督司法制度有所帮助。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, the network media has become a new kind of social supervision force. It is different from the traditional media supervision. It has its own distinctive features and advantages, and it has more and more influence on judicial justice. The western developed countries have a mature system for the supervision of the network media, and there are many countries in our country. At the present stage, there are unjust factors in our country's judicature, and supervision is an important way to solve judicial injustice. The rise and development of network media has become an effective way to supervise judicial justice.
Based on the characteristics of judicial justice interpretation and the supervision of network media in our country, this paper discusses the value of judicial justice, the principle of supervision and the way of supervision, and puts forward the reasons for the impartiality and the existing problems of the law of China's network media supervision. How to improve the network media supervision system of judicial justice? The purpose is to help our network media supervise the judicial system in the future.
