【摘要】：正近年来,河南省辉县市人民检察院恪守"公正、规范、创新、发展"指导思想,各项检察业务整体、高效推进,取得了突出成绩,先后被最高人民检察院评为"全国先进基层检察院",全国检察机关"文明接待示范窗口""一级规范化检察室"。2014年4月,又被授予"全国模范检察院"荣誉称号。一、以查处、预防涉农职务犯罪为抓手,维护基层社会稳定近年来,该院重点对农村基层干部利用职务之便冒名套取或挪用国家重点工程补偿款等涉农职务犯罪进行严肃查处,该类案件占立案总数的32%。尤其对关乎群众切身利益的"小官大贪"现象进行了严厉打击;该院还坚持
[Abstract]:In recent years, the people's Procuratorate of Huixian City, Henan Province, has adhered to the guiding ideology of "Justice, Standardization, Innovation and Development," and has made outstanding achievements in promoting the procuratorial business as a whole. It has been appraised by the Supreme people's Procuratorate as the "National Advanced Grass-roots Procuratorate" successively, the national procuratorial organ "the civilized reception demonstration window" and the "First-Class standardized Procuratorate". In April 2014, it was also awarded the honorary title of "National Model Procuratorate." First, in order to investigate and deal with, to prevent crimes related to agriculture and official duties, and to maintain social stability at the grass-roots level. In recent years, the hospital has focused on the serious investigation and punishment of agriculture-related job-related crimes such as the use of posts by cadres at the grass-roots level in rural areas to obtain or misappropriate compensation funds for state key projects, and other agriculture-related job-related crimes. This category of cases accounted for 32, 32 of the total number of cases filed.
