尊重司法规律、实现司法独立、建设法治中国
[Abstract]:Building a China ruled by law is not only an important guarantee for us to achieve the goal of "two hundred years", but also an important part of this goal. Deepening the judicial reform and ensuring the judicial organs to exercise their functions and powers independently and impartially according to law is the proper meaning in the construction of a country ruled by law. The author thinks that it is the inherent requirement of the judicial law to realize the judicial organ to exercise its power independently and impartially according to law and to realize the judicial independence. It is very important for the construction of China ruled by law and the establishment of modern national governance system. There are four reasons for this: first, the nature of judicial power requires judicial independence. The power of the judiciary is a kind of state power, which is different from the legislature and conduct.
