【摘要】：正随着经济社会全面发展和依法治国的深入推进,检察机关发展理念和执法理念需要不断发展和完善。只有始终秉持与时俱进、开拓创新的精神,加强理性思考,不断融入新的时代特征和发展要求,才能使发展理念和执法理念始终体现时代性、把握规律性、富于创造性,为在新的历史起点上全面推进中国特色社会主义检察事业提供强大动力。
[Abstract]:With the all-round development of economy and society and the further promotion of ruling the country according to law, the concept of procuratorial organ development and the idea of law enforcement need to be constantly developed and perfected. Only by adhering to the spirit of keeping pace with the times, exploring and innovating, strengthening rational thinking, and constantly integrating into the new characteristics of the times and the requirements of development, can the development concept and the concept of law enforcement always reflect the times, grasp the regularity and be full of creativity. It provides a powerful impetus for comprehensively promoting the procuratorial cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics on the new historical starting point.
