【摘要】：本文分析了建立公司约束机制的必要性、科学有效的约束机制的基本内容,完善我国公司的约束机制的法律思考等内容,提出了公司建立约束机制必须重视从内部和外部约束机制两方面着手的重要观点,并对我国公司法的相关内容的完善提出了思考。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing the restraint mechanism of the company, the basic content of the scientific and effective restraint mechanism, and the legal thinking of perfecting the restraint mechanism of the company in our country. This paper puts forward an important viewpoint that the company must pay attention to the internal and external restraint mechanism in the establishment of the restraint mechanism, and puts forward some thoughts on the perfection of the relevant contents of the company law of our country.
