【摘要】：在简要分析黑龙江省林业制浆造纸厂经营状况的前提下，提出立足环保、依靠科技，建立林、浆、纸一体化大型企业的重要性，，进而探讨按《公司法》建立我省林业制浆造纸业林、浆、纸一体化股份公司或企业集团的结构模式及资金来源。
[Abstract]:Based on a brief analysis of the operating conditions of forestry pulping and paper mills in Heilongjiang Province, the importance of establishing a large enterprise of forest, pulp and paper integration based on environmental protection and relying on science and technology is put forward. Furthermore, this paper probes into the structure mode and capital source of establishing forestry pulping and paper industry forest, pulp and paper integration company or enterprise group in our province according to "Company Law".
