【摘要】：国有企业应实现和加快公司制改造的步伐，按《公司法》规范自己的行为，加强科学管理，达到增值保值的目的。李家峡水电有限责任公司为有限责任公司，以其全部资产对公司债务承担责任，股东以其出资额为限对公司承担有限责任。公司注册地在青海西宁，控股方在西安，其他各股东方分别在西北４省（区）。这种跨地域的条件客观上有助于经营者和所有者分离，，有助于形成公司的独立经营。
[Abstract]:The state-owned enterprises should realize and accelerate the pace of the reform of the corporate system, standardize their own behavior according to the Company Law, strengthen scientific management, and achieve the purpose of maintaining the value of value.
