　　本论文从英文合同语言特征入手，深入探讨英文合同文本的中文翻译这一课题，并在此基础上提出一些实用的翻译技巧。 作为本论文理论依托，当代中国及西方翻译界若干广为应用的理论成果在论文中予以了简述，包括“信、达、雅”(严复)、“重神似不重形似”(傅雷)、“化境”(钱钟书)、“动态对等”(奈达)、“交际翻译”(纽马克)等理论。 本论文试图评析这些译论在实践中的适用性：宏观上其为翻译实践铺陈必要的理论基础，指导并影响翻译决策；然而对于词句精确性要求严格的合同翻译而言，这些宏观理论缺乏微观操作性。有鉴于此，本论文试图提供一些微观实用的翻译技巧以协助翻译实践。 本论文从词汇、词组及句法角度着手，详尽阐述英文合同语言特征。在词汇层面涵盖古体词、正式词、专业术语、情态动词及词性分析；在词组层面涉及近义词并置、副词词组、名词词组、介词词组；在句法层面囊括定语从句、状语从句、长句和被动句。在此基础上，本论文探索了一些相应的翻译技巧，诸如省略法、语序调整、词性转换、合并法、分译法等。此外，针对长句，在英汉句法对比的基础上总结六条翻...
