地质资料特征分析及工作思考

【摘要】：地质资料是一种长久可靠的资源,同时也是一种宝贵的财产,地质资料的保管和使用对地质资料馆藏机构的发展意义重大。地质资料的有效管理可为其提供精准保存、促进资料全民共享、提高资料使用效率、避免重复保存,同时减少人力投入。地质资料馆藏机构的职能是为相关政府部门和公众保管并提供地质资料信息服务,所以地质资料是地质资料馆可持续发展的重要资源。在我国,一般纳税人和借阅者不同程度地为地质资料的获取和保管支付相应的费用,他们拥有知晓这些资料如何被政府和相关科研人员所应用的权利。文章通过分析我国地质资料工作现状,对比国内外地质资料管理趋势,重点提出了地质资料在信息化时代的数据定义,并从数字化汇交、数据中心建设、信息服务等方面提出相关建议和应对策略。
[Abstract]:Geological data is a kind of long-term and reliable resources, but also a kind of valuable property. The preservation and use of geological data is of great significance to the development of geological data collection institutions. The effective management of geological data can provide accurate preservation, promote data sharing, improve the efficiency of data use, avoid repeated preservation, and reduce manpower input. The function of geological data collection institution is to keep and provide information service for relevant government departments and the public, so geological data is an important resource for the sustainable development of geological reference library. In our country, the average taxpayer and borrower pay the corresponding fees for the acquisition and maintenance of geological data to varying degrees, and they have the right to know how the information is used by the government and related researchers. By analyzing the present situation of geological data in China and comparing the trends of geological data management at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the definition of geological data in the information age, and puts forward the construction of digital data center. Information services and other aspects of the relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
