【摘要】：21世纪是海洋的世纪:国际海域的战略地位已受到各国的高度重视。以争夺海洋资源为目的,在"蓝色公土"上的竞争日趋激烈。我国应加强在国际海域的工作,以维护拓展我国的大洋权益。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the century of the sea: the strategic position of the international sea area has been attached great importance to by all countries. In order to compete for marine resources, the competition in the "Blue Commons" is becoming increasingly fierce. China should strengthen its work in international waters in order to safeguard and expand our ocean rights and interests.
