我国野生动物驯养繁殖的法律制度探微

【摘要】：野生动物驯养繁殖对野生动物资源保护具有重要的意义,而野生动物驯养繁殖的法律制度也是构成野生动物资源保护法律体系的重要部分之一。基于此,笔者拟从我国野生动物驯养繁殖法律制度的立法现状出发,分析我国野生动物驯养繁殖法律制度存在的主要问题,探讨我国野生动物驯养繁殖法律制度的完善路径。
[Abstract]:The domestication and propagation of wild animals is of great significance to the protection of wildlife resources, and the legal system of wildlife domestication and reproduction is one of the important parts of the legal system of wildlife resources protection. Based on this, the author intends to analyze the main problems existing in the legal system of wild animal domestication and reproduction in China from the current legislative situation of the legal system of domestication and reproduction of wild animals in China, and probe into the perfect path of the legal system of domestication and reproduction of wild animals in China.
