美国控制道路机动车碳污染的法律措施

【摘要】：控制机动车碳污染直接关乎美国国家温室气体减排目标的实现与否。近年来美国联邦政府在继续推行公司平均燃料经济标准并提高其要求的同时,鼓励生产销售与购买环保车辆,还相继创建并不断完善可再生燃料标准、低碳燃料标准和碳污染物排放标准制度,以期能有效控制其道路机动车的碳排放水平。
[Abstract]:Controlling carbon pollution of motor vehicles is directly related to the achievement of national greenhouse gas emission reduction targets in the United States. In recent years, while the federal government continues to promote the company's average fuel economic standards and raise its requirements, it encourages the production, sale and purchase of environmentally friendly vehicles, and has also created and continuously improved renewable fuel standards, low carbon fuel standards and carbon pollutant emission standards, in order to effectively control the carbon emission level of its road motor vehicles.
