内地与澳门离婚制度的比较

【摘要】：离婚是解除婚姻关系的法律手段。内地与澳门的法律都对离婚的形式、离婚的法定理由以及离婚的法律后果作了规定。总的说来，内地的法律比较简单，，澳门的规定较为详尽，值得内地在修订《婚姻法》时予以借鉴
[Abstract]:Divorce is the legal means of dissolution of marriage. The laws of the mainland and Macao both regulate the form of divorce, the legal grounds for divorce and the legal consequences of divorce. Generally speaking, the laws in the mainland are relatively simple, and the provisions in Macao are more detailed, so it is worth learning from the mainland when amending the Marriage Law.
