【摘要】：正▲▲第十四届亚洲与太平洋法律协会大会于8月16日至8月21日在北京举行。国家主席江泽民出席开幕式并发表重要讲话。大会会场设在长城饭店和亮马河饭店。大会分组会议的议题有:合资与投资法,司法与国际司法管辖,公司、金融与证券法,法律教育,环境保护法,国际贸易法,破产法,仲裁与调解,知识产权法,能源法,计算机与科技法,建筑法,律师职业,劳动法,妇女、家庭法,宪法与人权。大会的议题涉及到经济、政治、社会等广泛的领域。其中国际投资、国际贸易、国际金融与证券等问题受到与会者的普遍重视。我院派出法律系讲师祝聪作为代表参加了大会。
[Abstract]:The 14th General Assembly of the Asian and Pacific Law Association was held in Beijing from 16 August to 21 August. President Jiang Zemin attended the opening ceremony and made an important speech. The venue is located at the Great Wall Hotel and the Liangma River Hotel. The topics of the breakout sessions were: joint ventures and investment law, justice and international jurisdiction, companies, finance and securities law, legal education, environmental protection, international trade law, bankruptcy law, arbitration and conciliation, intellectual property law, energy law, Computer and technology law, building law, lawyer profession, labor law, women, family law, constitution and human rights. The topics of the conference cover a wide range of fields, such as economy, politics, and society. Among them, international investment, international trade, international finance and securities and other issues received general attention. Zhu Cong, a lecturer in the law department of our college, attended the meeting as a representative.
