彝族婚姻家庭习俗的变迁——以贵州省威宁县浦嘎村为重点

【摘要】：威宁县浦嘎村的彝族在传统上要求同族内婚、家支外婚、姑舅表优先婚,实行包办婚姻。在继承方面,父母的遗产只能由儿子继承,主要由小儿子继承。在解放初期,政府实施了废除奴隶制和等级制的民主改革,后又颁布了《婚姻法》,彝族的婚姻家庭传统制度逐渐发生改变。目前,浦嘎村婚嫁自由、平等,遗产继承儿女均有分配,但偏重儿子一方。由于国家政策、法律和市场经济等现代因素的存在,当地彝族的婚姻家庭习俗发生了较大改变。
[Abstract]:Yi nationality in Puga village, Weining County, traditionally requires intermarriage, family marriage, preferential marriage and arranged marriage. In the area of inheritance, the inheritance of parents can only be inherited by the son, mainly by the younger son. In the early days of liberation, the government carried out the democratic reform of abolishing slavery and hierarchy, and then promulgated the Marriage Law. The traditional system of marriage and family of Yi nationality changed gradually. At present, Puga village marriage freedom, equality, inheritance of children have distribution, but favor the son side. Due to the existence of modern factors such as national policy, law and market economy, the marriage and family custom of Yi nationality has changed greatly.
