【摘要】：正编辑工作是图书出版与文章发表的必经工序与主要环节,伴随我国出版事业进入突出"策划设计"时代,编辑在文化创新与知识传承中发挥着更为直接、主要的作用。(1)然而,编辑工作因其隐匿性往往受到忽视,我国立法与司法领域中的编辑权利亦处于弱保护状态。因此,构建以保护编辑劳动投入与智慧创造为目的的"编辑权"尤为重要,对于优秀出版物的产出与出版强国的建设,具有紧迫的现实意义。建立"编辑权"的合理性
[Abstract]:The editorial work is the necessary procedure and the main link of the book publishing and the article publication. With the publishing industry of our country entering the era of "planning and design", the editor is playing a more direct and main role in the cultural innovation and knowledge transmission. The editorial work is often ignored because of its obscurity, and the editorial rights in the field of legislation and judicature in our country are also in a weak state of protection. Therefore, it is particularly important to construct the "editorial power" for the purpose of protecting editor's labor input and intellectual creation.
