当前医疗损害赔偿纠纷的鉴定问题研究

【摘要】：随着《侵权责任法》的实施,医疗损害鉴定在医疗损害赔偿纠纷中越发重要,而医疗损害鉴定的"二元化"问题日益凸显,通过对医学会鉴定与法医司法鉴定模式的对比研究,建议在完善相关法律法规的基础上,建立一元化的医疗损害鉴定模式。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the Tort liability Law, medical injury identification is becoming more and more important in the dispute of medical damage compensation, and the problem of "duality" of medical injury appraisal is becoming more and more prominent. On the basis of perfecting relevant laws and regulations, a unified medical damage identification model should be established.
