基于产业集群理论的青岛临港经济发展研究

【摘要】：进入21世纪以来，临港地区逐渐成为现代产业集聚的最佳区位。港口作为产业链的关键节点，连接原材料供应地、商品的生产地和各产成品消费地的作用越来越显著。临港经济正在世界范围内蓬勃发展。随着我国尤其是沿海城市的对外开放，港口凭借其优越的地理位置、经济的专门性以及各相关产业的关联性，逐渐由传统的货物中转站，转变为集各种综合功能于一身的综合体。临港产业加工区和物流园区也随之在各港口城市大量兴起，较易产生产业集聚，集群现象也日趋显著。环渤海港口城市在我国对外贸易的持续快速发展下，面临着良好的发展机遇和发展前景，但港口间的竞争相当激烈。面对这种形势，青岛急需加速发展临港经济，进而提高港口的综合实力和整体竞争力。因为港口具有集群的一般特征，故产业集群理论可以应用于临港经济的分析，而且集群理论的应用可以使青岛港以较强的整体竞争力参与国际市场的竞争。本文采用理论研究与实证研究相结合、定性研究与定量研究相结合的研究方法将产业集群理论应用于青岛临港经济的发展研究。分析了产业集群、临港经济、临港产业集群的内涵及其社会经济效应，研究了产业集群理论应用于临港经济研究的可行性及港口相关产业向港口集聚的必然性。运用SWOT方法分析了青岛发展临港产业集群的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，剖析了青岛临港产业集群的构成，借鉴国外典型临港经济的发展经验，并据此得出对青岛的启示。运用回归模型研究了青岛港吞吐量与青岛市GDP的关系，通过区位商法测算了青岛临港产业的集聚程度，，并应用灰色系统软件对青岛临港支柱产业的贡献度进行分析，得出支柱产业贡献度排序表。最后在以上研究的基础上提出了青岛临港经济发展的思路与对策。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the port area has gradually become the best location for modern industrial agglomeration. As a key node of industrial chain, port connects raw material supply places. The function of commodity producing place and each finished product consuming place is more and more obvious. Port economy is booming all over the world. With the opening to the outside world of our country, especially coastal cities, ports have gradually changed from traditional freight transit stations by virtue of their superior geographical position, economic specialization and the relevance of various related industries. The industrial processing zone and logistics park of the port are also rising in various port cities, which is easy to produce industrial agglomeration, and the phenomenon of cluster is becoming more and more obvious. With the sustained and rapid development of China's foreign trade, the port cities around the Bohai Sea are facing good development opportunities and prospects, but the competition between ports is very fierce. Facing this situation, Qingdao urgently needs to accelerate the development of port economy. Therefore, the theory of industrial cluster can be applied to the analysis of port economy. Moreover, the application of cluster theory can enable Qingdao Port to participate in the international market competition with strong overall competitiveness. In this paper, the theory of industrial cluster is applied to the development of Qingdao port economy by the combination of theoretical and empirical research, qualitative and quantitative research. The connotation and social economic effect of industrial cluster near port, This paper studies the feasibility of the application of industrial cluster theory to port economy research and the inevitability of port industry agglomeration. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of developing port industrial cluster in Qingdao are analyzed by using SWOT method. This paper analyzes the composition of Qingdao port industrial cluster, draws lessons from the development experience of typical port economy of foreign countries, and draws the enlightenment to Qingdao. The relationship between the throughput of Qingdao port and GDP of Qingdao is studied by using regression model. This paper calculates the agglomeration degree of Qingdao port industry through location quotient law, and analyzes the contribution of Qingdao port port pillar industry by using grey system software. Finally, on the basis of the above research, the author puts forward the ideas and countermeasures for the economic development of Qingdao port.
