北疆铁路沿线城市经济功能和产业发展方向研究

【摘要】：研究一定地区内城市群在区域经济发展中不同的职能分化和组合情况，明确每个城市在区域经济发展中的主要作用，，可以为形成合理的城市职能分工提供依据，而城市的功能主要是通过城市的主导产业来体现。本文选择了新疆维吾尔自治区经济最发达、产业最密集的北疆铁路沿线区域，研究城市的经济功能和产业发展。本文的主要内容为：第一部分：理论综述这主要介绍了城市功能的概念、分类、城市地域系统的职能结构类型、互相联系的类型和研究方法以及我国城市职能的研究情况；产业结构的分类、演进规律等基础理论，论证了城市功能和产业结构的关系。这为论文的实证研究奠下理论基础。第二部分：城市经济功能和产业发展的研究城市职能的概念涉及到三个要素：职能规模、职能强度和专业化部门。本论文力图从以上几个方面来研究本区域的城市经济功能，为此，本文选择了北疆铁路沿线的17个市、县的8项社会经济指标，借助SPSS统计分析11.0软件，应用主成分分析和聚类分析的方法把本区域的城市分为四种类型的增长极。即，区域性综合增长极、工业增长极、工农业增长极以及农业增长极。在进行专业化部门的研究时，本文采用常用的区位商法，以全疆和本区域为背景，划分出城市的相对专业化工业部门和主要专业化工业部门。新按师范大学硕士学位论文对于产业结构研究，采用了传统的三次产业划分法来研究产业结构，按照三次产业的构成情况，本文把城市产业分为四个梯度。第三部分:问题、讨论与总结通过研究，本文认为，本地带的城市在经济功能和产业结构方面存在以下问题:城镇规模体系不完整，缺失大城市，首位度太高。各城市的产业趋同现象明显，产业结构的层次低，结构不合理，产业链条短，加工深度浅。初加工工业所占比重较大，高新技术产业所占的比重较小。城市的职能分工不明显。据此，本文做出探讨: 1.加强核心区城市的联合，完善本地带的城镇体系 2.调整产业结构，促进产业结构的高级化 3.确立专业化生产区，形成合理的城镇经济功能分工最后是对本论文的总结。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the different function differentiation and combination of urban agglomeration in certain area in the development of regional economy, and clarifies the main role of each city in regional economic development, which can provide the basis for the formation of rational division of urban functions. The function of the city is mainly reflected by the leading industry of the city. This paper studies the economic function and industrial development of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region. The main contents of this paper are as follows: Part one: a Review of Theory This paper mainly introduces the concept and classification of urban function, the type of functional structure of urban regional system, the related types and research methods, the research situation of urban function in China, the classification of industrial structure, the law of evolution, and so on. The relationship between urban function and industrial structure is demonstrated. This lays a theoretical foundation for the empirical research of the thesis. The second part: the study on the function of urban economy and the development of industry The concept of city function involves three elements: function scale, function intensity and specialized department. This paper tries to study the urban economic function of the region from the above aspects. For this reason, this paper selects 8 social and economic indicators of 17 cities and counties along the Northern Xinjiang Railway, and analyzes 11.0 software with the help of SPSS. The principal component analysis and cluster analysis are used to divide the cities of the region into four types of growth poles. Namely, regional comprehensive growth pole, industrial growth pole, industrial and agricultural growth pole and agricultural growth pole. In the research of specialization department, this paper uses the common location quotient law, taking the whole Xinjiang and our region as the background, divides the city's relative specialized industry department from the main specialized industry department.
