“危机与欧洲法律变革”——中国欧洲学会欧洲法律研究会第六届年会综述

【摘要】：正2012年11月10日,中国欧洲学会欧洲法律研究会第六届年会在古都西安隆重召开。本届年会由中国欧洲学会欧洲法律研究会主办,西安交通大学法学院、丝绸之路国际法与比较法研究所承办。年会以"危机与欧洲法律变革"为中心议题,吸引了来自全国二十多所高校和科研机构的专家、学者参会。与会者们围绕欧洲债务危机和欧盟一体化进程中的相关法律问题,从"欧债危机对经济全球化的影响"、"危机下的欧盟宪政发展与经济治理的影响"和"欧债危机与欧盟民商法应对"三个议题进行了广泛且深入的研讨。与会专家学者们的观点综述如下。
[Abstract]:On November 10, 2012, the sixth Annual Conference of European Law Society of China European Society was held in Xi'an, the ancient capital. The annual meeting is sponsored by the European Law Institute of the European Society of China, the School of Law of Xi'an Jiaotong University and the Institute of International and Comparative Law of the Silk Road. The conference focused on "crisis and Law Reform in Europe" and attracted experts and scholars from more than 20 institutions of higher learning and scientific research across the country. The participants focused on the legal aspects of the European debt crisis and the European Union integration process, From the perspective of "the impact of the European debt crisis on economic globalization", "the influence of the European Union's constitutional development and economic governance" and "the European debt crisis and the EU civil and commercial law response", this paper makes an extensive and in-depth study. The views of the participating experts and scholars are summarized below.
