【摘要】：正河南财经政法大学民商法学科是河南财经政法大学校级重点学科和河南省省级重点学科。近年来,该学科点在徐强胜教授的带领下获得了迅猛的发展,取得了优异的成绩。该学科依托经济管理类院校的办学特色和资源优势,在整合法学资源的基础上走出了一条勃兴的良性发展之路。其中,《商法学》课程于2010年被河南省评为省级精品课程。
[Abstract]:The subject of Civil and Commercial Law of Henan University of Finance and Economics and Law is the key discipline of Henan University of Finance, Economics and Law and the provincial key discipline of Henan Province. In recent years, the subject under the leadership of Professor Xu Qiangsheng made rapid development and achieved excellent results. Relying on the characteristics and resource advantages of economic and management colleges, the subject has made a prosperous and benign development on the basis of integrating legal resources. Among them, the course of Commercial Law was selected as a provincial quality course in Henan Province in 2010.
