【摘要】：《中华人民共和国海商法》是具有前瞻性和先进性的法律,推动了中国航运和贸易的发展。在当前时代背景下,也出现了一定的不适应性。推进海商海事法律理论研究与立法实践,是发展海洋经济,推进海运强国、海洋强国战略的必然要求。
