大三峡旅游产业集群发展研究

【摘要】: 从20世纪90年代开始,产业集群已发展成为世界经济中重要的经济组织形式,集群内的企业通过互动的合作与交流,发挥规模经济和范围经济的效益,能够产生强大的溢出效应,带动某一地区乃至整个国家经济的发展。事实证明,拥有产业集群的地区,其经济增长速度要远高于其他地区。如意大利的传统工艺产业,印度班加罗尔的软件产业,还有我国浙江的小商品产业,广东的专业镇等都是产业集群带动地区经济增长的典型代表。 实践证明,产业集群已成为当今国际竞争优势产业的一个共同特征,是提高产业竞争力、形成区域竞争优势的重要途径。自20世纪90年代产业集群的概念被正式提出,国内外的学者开始深入研究这一新型产业组织发展形式。新的产业集群原理对于经济发展的重大意义得到了国际上学界、商界和政界的空前重视。 旅游产业作为朝阳产业,已经在全面建设小康社会中处于重要地位和作用。提高旅游产业的竞争力,加快旅游产业的集群化,已成为众多旅游研究者关注的问题。 目前,虽然旅游产业集群现象广泛地存在着,并且有着进一步发展的趋势,但是,从理论上对旅游产业集群进行的直接研究尚处在初级阶段,这与日益发展的旅游产业集群实践是不相适应的。本文以产业集群的理论研究为指导,在研究旅游产业发展的内在经济规律的基础上,突破该理论对一般性产业研究的模式,对旅游产业集群的概念、特征、形成发展条件、发展过程、模式及发展规律进行了研究,努力发掘产业集群理论在旅游产业的实际应用价值,通过集群这种企业间组织新形式,从中发现旅游产业集群的竞争优势的规律。 对旅游产业集群进行理论研究,不仅丰富旅游产业集群基本理论,更为重要的是用它来指导大三峡旅游产业的发展。 论文分析大三峡旅游产业的发展现状,认为大三峡旅游产业初具规模且布局集中,但同时存在很多问题,主要表现在旅游企业间存在不良竞争、旅游市场发育程度不高、旅游人才短缺、三峡品牌形象整体塑造不力这四个方面。由于旅游产业集群能够较好的解决以上问题,本文从以下四个方面强调了发展大三峡旅游产业集群的必要性:提高三峡旅游产业竞争力的需要、三峡地区旅游产业可持续发展的需要、创建区域旅游品牌的需要、发展区域经济,稳定社会的需要。大三峡发展旅游产业集群需要集群理论的指导,论文从区位商法、投入产出法、空间相关法、集聚度以及旅游产业集群的“钻石模型”等多角度对大三峡旅游产业集群进行了可行性分析,得出大三峡旅游产业具备发展产业集群的要素和优势,同时也指出大三峡旅游产业集群化过程中存在的问题与障碍。最后,本文从加强政府支持和促进作用、发挥企业自身能动性、推进三峡旅游品牌建设、专业人才战略、改善集群发展条件、加强三峡旅游产业集群的可持续发展六个方面提出发展大三峡旅游产业集群的建议和对策。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, industrial clusters have developed into an important form of economic organization in the world economy. Through interactive cooperation and communication, enterprises in the cluster can bring into play the economies of scale and scope, which can produce powerful spillover effects and drive a certain region to the economic development of the whole country. In fact, it has an industry. The economic growth rate of the cluster area is far higher than that of other areas, such as the traditional technology industry in Italy, the software industry of Bangalore in India, the small commodity industry of Zhejiang in China, and the professional towns of Guangdong, which are the typical representatives of the industrial cluster to drive the regional economic growth.
The practice has proved that the industrial cluster has become a common feature of the international competitive advantage industry today. It is an important way to improve the competitiveness of the industry and form a regional competitive advantage. Since the concept of industrial cluster was formally proposed in 1990s, the scholars at home and abroad began to study this new industrial organization development form. The great significance of the principles for economic development has received unprecedented attention from international, business and political circles.
As a sunrise industry, tourism industry has been in an important position and role in building a well-off society in an all-round way. To improve the competitiveness of the tourism industry and to accelerate the cluster of tourism industry has become the concern of many tourist researchers.
At present, although the phenomenon of tourism industry cluster exists widely and has the trend of further development, the direct research on the tourism industry cluster is still in the primary stage, which is not suited to the practice of the increasingly developing tourism industry cluster. On the basis of the internal economic law of the development of tourism industry, we break through the model of the theory to the general industry research, study the concept and characteristics of the tourism industry cluster, form the conditions of development, the process of development, the pattern and the law of development, try hard to discover the practical application value of the theory of industrial cluster in the tourism industry, and through the cluster of such enterprises. The new form of organization is used to find the law of competitive advantage of tourism industrial cluster.
Theoretical research on tourism industrial cluster not only enriches the basic theory of tourism industry cluster, but also guides the development of tourism industry of the Three Gorges.
This paper analyzes the development status of the tourism industry in the Three Gorges Project. It is believed that the large Three Gorges tourism industry has a large scale and a centralized layout, but there are many problems at the same time, mainly in the four aspects, such as the poor competition among the tourism enterprises, the low development degree of the tourism market, the shortage of tourism talents, and the poor brand image of the Three Gorges. The industry cluster can better solve the above problems. From the following four aspects, this paper emphasizes the necessity of developing the Three Gorges Tourism Industry Cluster: the need to improve the competitiveness of the Three Gorges tourism industry, the needs of the sustainable development of the tourism industry in the Three Gorges region, the need to create the regional tourism brand, the development of the regional economy and the need for the stability of the society. The development of tourism industry cluster in gorge needs the guidance of cluster theory. The feasibility analysis of the Three Gorges tourism industry cluster is carried out from many angles, such as location commercial law, input-output method, space related law, agglomeration degree and "Diamond Model" of tourism industry cluster. It is concluded that the major three Gorges tourism industry has the factors and advantages of developing industrial clusters. At the same time, it also points out the problems and obstacles in the process of tourism industry cluster in the Big Three Gorges. Finally, this paper puts forward six aspects: strengthening the government's support and promoting its role, giving full play to the initiative of the enterprise, promoting the construction of the Three Gorges tourism brand, the strategy of professional talents, improving the conditions of the development of the cluster and strengthening the sustainable development of the Three Gorges tourism industry cluster. Suggestions and Countermeasures for developing the Three Gorges tourism industry cluster.
