河北省装备制造业共性技术服务体系研究

【摘要】： 本文研究的主要目的是加速河北省装备制造业共性技术的研发和推广,提高河北省装备制造企业的技术水平和自主创新能力。针对本课题的特点,采用区位商法分析、定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法,对河北省装备制造业和河北省装备制造业共性技术服务体系进行分析评价。首先,对本文的选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究综述、研究内容和研究方法进行了阐述,并从装备制造业和共性技术两个方面的介绍了国内外发展现状和研究理论,为课题后面的研究提供了铺垫。其次,分析了国外装备制造业的发展过程、趋势及可借鉴方面,总结了装备制造业的发展特点和发展方法。同时,分析了国外装备制造业共性技术服务体系的发展过程,对比了“政府主导型”和“市场主导型”两种共性技术研发模式,分析了我国共性技术应有的研发模式。在分析我国装备制造业发展现状的基础之上,重点分析了我国发展最快最好的上海装备制造业共性技术服务体系,并以此为河北省装备制造业共性技术服务体系的完善提供丰富的经验和教训。再次,用区位商法分析河北省装备制造业的行业集中度,从理论上分析了河北省装备制造业的发展现状,并判定了河北装备制造业产业集群的发展阶段。同时对现有的河北省装备制造业共性技术服务体系进行数学建模和分析评价,发现其的不足:服务体系经济性较差;应变能力较差;服务内容不够丰富。最后,在前文分析的问题的基础之上,从管理层、服务层和资源层三个方面提出了完善河北省装备制造业共性技术服务体系的设计。并给出了相应的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this paper is to accelerate the R & D and popularization of the common technology in the equipment manufacturing industry of Hebei Province, and to improve the technical level and independent innovation ability of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in Hebei Province. According to the characteristics of this subject, this paper analyzes and evaluates the common technical service system of Hebei equipment manufacturing industry and the equipment manufacturing industry of Hebei Province by using the research method of location quotient analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The background, research significance, domestic and foreign research review, research contents and research methods of this paper are expounded, and the present situation and research theory of equipment manufacturing industry and common technology are introduced. Secondly, the paper analyzes the development process, trend and reference of foreign equipment manufacturing industry, and summarizes the development characteristics and methods of equipment manufacturing industry. At the same time, the development process of common technology service system in foreign equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed, and the two common technology R & D modes of "government leading" and "market leading" are compared, and the research and development mode of common technology in our country is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the present situation of China's equipment manufacturing industry, this paper focuses on the common technology service system of Shanghai's equipment manufacturing industry, which has the fastest and best development in our country. It also provides abundant experience and lessons for the improvement of the common technical service system of Hebei equipment manufacturing industry. Thirdly, using the location quotient method, the paper analyzes the industry concentration of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province. The present situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is analyzed theoretically, and the development stage of equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Hebei Province is determined. At the same time, the common technical service system of Hebei equipment manufacturing industry is modeled and evaluated by mathematics, and its shortcomings are found: the economy of service system is poor, the adaptability is poor, the content of service is not rich enough. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward the design of the common technical service system of Hebei equipment manufacturing industry from three aspects: management, service and resource. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.
