我国编撰民法典之宪政意义

【摘要】：制定中华人民共和国民法典是依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的一项宏大的基础工程 ,目前 ,立法专家与民商法学者正紧锣密鼓地筹备民法典的起草和编撰工作 ,这标志着我国市场经济、法制建设以及法学研究已经发展到一个相当的程度。为使我国民法典达成 2 1世纪世界民法典的代表之目的 ,我们拟以“中国民法典的理性与科学性”为主题开辟专栏 ,为各位专家、学者提供一个探讨的舞台。
[Abstract]:The formulation of the Civil Code of the people's Republic of China is a grand basic project for governing the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law. At present, legislative experts and civil and commercial jurists are preparing for the drafting and compilation of the Civil Code. This marks our country market economy, legal system construction and legal research have developed to a considerable degree. In order to achieve the purpose of representing the world civil code in the 21st century, we intend to open up a special column on the theme of "rationality and scientificity of the Chinese Civil Code", which provides a stage for all experts and scholars to explore.
