厦漳泉大都市区制造业竞争力研究

【摘要】：2012年厦漳泉大都市区地区生产总值占到了福建省地区生产总值的48.4%，三市的工业增加值占三市GDP比重为48%，而三市全年规模以上制造业增加值量占工业总增加值高达81%，，由此可见制造业的重要性，提升制造业竞争力有助于该地区的发展。本文在阐述产业竞争力、制造业竞争力的概念及其发展历程后，总结了产业竞争力的理论基础及国内外研究综述，进而提出了研究厦漳泉大都市区制造业竞争力的评价指标与评价方法，建立了一套可以用来分析该地区制造业竞争力的评价指标，借助SPSS软件，利用主成分分析法，计算出厦漳泉大都市区制造业竞争力的综合得分。结果表明：在研究的29个行业中，只有9个行业的综合得分大于0，分别是皮革、毛皮、羽毛及其制品和制鞋业、石油加工、炼焦及核燃料加工业、橡胶和塑料制品业、其他制造业、纺织服装、服饰业、化学纤维制造业、造纸和纸制品业、电子制造业、文体用品制造业这9个行业，也就是说厦漳泉大都市区制造业竞争力高于全国平均水平的只有9个行业，其他20个行业的竞争力均低于全国平均水平，整体竞争力不高；同时，结果也表明该地区存在着轻重工业结构发展不平衡及资本技术密集型行业相对较弱等问题；进一步地，本文利用区位商法分析了三地制造业行业间的优势与劣势。最后，根据厦漳泉大都市区整体制造业竞争力的特点以及三市之间各自的优劣势，提出了提升厦漳泉大都市区制造业竞争力的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:In 2012, the GDP of Xiamen Zhangquan metropolitan area accounted for 48.4% of the GDP of Fujian Province. The industrial added value of the three cities accounted for 48% of GDP in the three cities, while the manufacturing value added of the three cities accounted for up to 48% of the total industrial value added in the whole year. 81This shows the importance of the manufacturing industry. Improving the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry will help the development of the region. After explaining the concepts of industrial competitiveness, manufacturing competitiveness and their development process, this paper summarizes the theoretical basis of industrial competitiveness and the domestic and foreign research review. Then it puts forward the evaluation index and evaluation method for the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in Xia Zhangquan metropolitan area, and establishes a set of evaluation indexes that can be used to analyze the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in this area. With the help of SPSS software and principal component analysis method, The comprehensive score of competitiveness of manufacturing industry in Xia Zhangquan metropolitan area was calculated. The results showed that only 9 of the 29 industries studied had a combined score of more than 0. They were leather, fur, feathers and their products and footwear, petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing, rubber and plastics products. Other manufacturing industries, such as textile, clothing, chemical fiber, paper and paper products, electronics, and sporting goods, That is to say, only 9 industries have manufacturing competitiveness higher than the national average in Xia-Zhangquan metropolitan area, and all the other 20 industries have lower competitiveness than the national average, and the overall competitiveness is not high; at the same time, The results also show that the development of light and heavy industries is unbalanced and the capital-technology-intensive industries are relatively weak in the region. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three manufacturing industries by using the location quotient method. Finally, according to the characteristics of the overall manufacturing competitiveness and the advantages and disadvantages of the three cities, the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry in the Xiamen Zhangquan metropolitan area are put forward.
