【摘要】：正近年的"宪政"之争已经有一段时间。宪政这个词有其字面含义,也有历史含义和一些人在中国舆论场上自造的含义。它的字面含义同法治、依法治国、依宪治国等很接近,它们彼此的细微差别对普通人来说并不具有政治意义。因此,前段时间可能有一些人是从推进法治的善意角度,强调宪政。然而还有另一些人,他们只认宪政,贬低依法治国。他们经常在强调宪政的时候,把坚持党的领导放到对立面,从而逐渐形成宪政之下的特有含
[Abstract]:The term "constitutionalism" has its literal meaning, as well as its historical meaning and the meaning that some people have created by themselves in the field of public opinion in China. Its literal meaning is the same as the rule of law and governing the country according to law. Constitutionalism is very close, and their nuances are not political for ordinary people. So there may have been some of them in the good faith of advancing the rule of law some time ago. However, there are others who only recognize constitutionalism and belittle the rule of law. When they emphasize constitutionalism, they often put the leadership of the party on the opposite side, thus gradually forming the unique content of constitutionalism.
