【摘要】：在全面推行依法治国的法治背景下,行政约谈作为一种新兴的行政管理方式,在食品领域中被广泛运用,但在理论层面上却未得到重视。鉴此,本文通过梳理约谈渊源和食品领域约谈的相关法律规范,进一步明确食品安全责任约谈制度的类型、对象、效果等内容,以期公众对此制度有较为全面的认识。
[Abstract]:The rule of law in the full implementation of the rule of law, administrative interviews as a new administration way, is widely used in the field of food, but the theory has not received attention. In view of this, this article through combing the interviews related legal origin and interviews in the field of food, to further clarify the types of food safety responsibility interviews the effect of system object, etc., to the public this system has a more comprehensive understanding.
