济南市新闻发言人制度调研与思考

【摘要】：随着我国改革开放的不断深化,新闻发言人制度在公开政府信息、处理危机事件、树立良好形象、沟通媒介关系等方面的作用越来越重要。就济南而言,济南市新闻发言人制度从建立以来,对推行政务公开、打造阳光政府、树立政府部门良好形象起到了积极的促进作用。但由于济南市新闻发言人制度起步较晚,不仅在政策理论研究层面尚处于探讨阶段,而且在实践领域也存在尚待完善之处。因此,系统深入研究政府新闻发言人制度,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the press spokesman system in the public government information, deal with crisis events, establish a good image, communication media relations and so on more and more important. As far as Jinan is concerned. Since the establishment of Jinan press spokesman system, it has played a positive role in promoting public administration, building sunshine government and setting up good image of government department. However, the system of Jinan press spokesman started late. Not only in the aspect of policy theory research, but also in the practical field, there are still some problems to be perfected. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the system of government press spokesman systematically and deeply.
