【摘要】：正独联体成员国议会间大会第三十七次全体会议通过(2012年5月17日第37-9号决议)本法规定所有权的内容,所有权产生、终止和保护的方式,也是关于物权的其他法律的基础。第1条所有权的概念和内容1.所有权是对物的绝对统治权,也是占有、使用和处分权能的总和。2.所有权人在法律上拥有受保障的对属其所有的财产实施任何不为立法所禁止和限制的行为的权利。3.不允许专以给他人或者不特定范围的人造成损害为唯一目的而行使所有权的行为。
[Abstract]:The 37th plenary session of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS member States adopted (resolution 37-9 of May 17th 2012) this Law prescribing the content of ownership the manner in which ownership arises terminates and protects. It is also the basis of other laws on real right. Article 1. The concept and content of ownership. 1. Ownership is the absolute right of sovereignty over things, and it is also possession. The sum of powers to use and dispose of. 2. The owner has the legally guaranteed right to perform any act not prohibited or restricted by legislation against property owned by him. The act of exercising ownership for the sole purpose of causing damage by a defined person.
