《转化法》背景下高校科技成果转化路径——以宿迁学院为例

【摘要】：地方应用型本科高校作为科技创新的重要来源地之一,其科技成果转化是提升地方经济发展的重要途径。地方应用型本科高校在科技成果转化过程中还面临着教师积极性不高、企业与学校联系不紧密、成果转化收益分配不均等问题。2015年修订的《促进科技成果转化法(2015年修订)》以及2016年3月颁布的《实施〈中华人民共和国促进科技成果转化法〉若干规定》,破除了以往科技成果转化过程中的障碍,地方应用型本科高校可从加强地方应用型本科高校成果转化的推动力、拉动力,以及构建完善的供需中间平台等方面来完善科技成果转化路径。
[Abstract]:As one of the important sources of scientific and technological innovation, the transformation of local applied undergraduate universities is an important way to promote the development of local economy. Enterprises and schools are not closely linked, The unequal distribution of income from the transformation of achievements. The Law on the Promotion of Transformation of Scientific and technological achievements (revised 2015), as amended in 2015, and the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Promotion of Transformation of Scientific and technological achievements, promulgated on March 2016, have been abolished. The obstacles in the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the past, Local applied undergraduate colleges and universities can improve the transformation path of scientific and technological achievements from the following aspects: strengthening the driving force, pulling power, and constructing a perfect intermediate platform of supply and demand for the transformation of achievements of local applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
