【摘要】：本文对我国保密法律体系的现状进行研究,引入法经济学理论加以分析,提出从国家秘密定密管理工作、保密管理工作、保密检查工作、保密审批类工作、保密宣传教育工作等方面入手,通过推进立法工作、修订现行规范性文件,完善保密法律体系、提升保密工作效率的建议。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the current situation of China's secrecy legal system is studied, and the theory of law and economics is introduced to analyze it, and it is put forward that the state secret management, the secrecy management, the secrecy inspection, the confidential examination and approval are the types of work. Through the promotion of legislation, revision of current normative documents, improvement of the secrecy legal system and improvement of the efficiency of secrecy work, etc.
