美国海岸警卫队枪支使用制度及对我国边防部队的启示

【摘要】：美国海岸警卫队作为美国五大武装力量之一,其任务、职能与我国边防部队有很多相似之处。美国海岸警卫队规定了系统化的武力使用规范:不仅详尽规定了队员使用枪支的原则、条件程序,救济制度和法律责任,并且对适用对象和情况进行分类,规定使用枪支的层级要求。对我国边防部队完善枪支使用制度有着一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The U. S. Coast Guard, as one of the five largest forces in the United States, has a mission, The U.S. Coast Guard has laid down systematic norms for the use of force: not only do they specify in detail the principles, conditions and procedures for the use of firearms, relief systems and legal liability, It also classifies the applicable object and situation, prescribes the level requirement of using firearms, and has certain reference significance for our border defense troops to perfect the system of using firearms.
