“蚁族”群体住房保障法律制度研究

【摘要】：“蚁族”群体是我国新生的弱势群体，并且数量庞大，人数众多。解决“蚁族”群体的住房问题是我国政府当前必须面对和解决的现实问题。本文主体主要分为三个部分：第一部分首先对“蚁族”群体的概念、特征进行了阐述，紧接着介绍了“蚁族”群体的住房现状以及产生住房困难现象的原因；第二部分通过对我国现行住房保障法律制度的介绍，结合“蚁族”群体自身，提出了这些法律制度在保障“蚁族”群体住房问题方面存在的问题，，并且就解决“蚁族”群体住房问题的重要性进行了阐述；第三部分针对我国现行住房保障法律制度在保障“蚁族”群体住房问题上存在的问题提出了对策、方案。
[Abstract]:The "ant tribe" is a new and vulnerable group in China. The main body of this paper is divided into three parts: the first part expounds the concept and characteristics of the "ant tribe" group. Then introduced the "ant" group housing status and the causes of housing difficulties; the second part through the introduction of our current housing security legal system, combined with the "ant" group itself, This paper puts forward the problems existing in these legal systems in guaranteeing the housing problem of "ant tribe" group, and expounds the importance of solving the housing problem of "ant tribe" group. In the third part, the author puts forward some countermeasures and solutions to the problems existing in the current legal system of housing security in China.
