【摘要】：正新《中华人民共和国食品安全法》加大了对食品违法生产行为的处罚力度,体现了对食品生产者合法权益的保护,完善了法律救济渠道。对食品生产经营者的保护新《食品安全法》强化了监管机关对食品生产的监测,但同时规定,不得向食品生产经营者收取检验费和其他费用,降低企业不必要的支出。新《食品安全法》明确了食品生产经营者的救济途径新《食品安全法》第八十八条规定了以下内容:第一,复检的机构是原做出抽检结果的食品药品监督管理
[Abstract]:The new "Food Safety Law of the people's Republic of China" has increased the punishment for illegal food production and embodied the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of food producers. The new Food Safety Law has strengthened the monitoring of food production by the supervisory authorities, but at the same time stipulated that inspection fees and other fees shall not be charged to food producers and operators.
