中国政府开放数据的安全保护对策

【摘要】：从我国政府数据开放的相关法律法规、政策、组织机构设置以及标准等四个方面对我国数据安全保护进行了调研与分析,总结了我国开放政府数据中安全保护的经验与不足,提出我国应该制定专门的数据安全保护法律与政策、加强现有机构的建设并成立专门的隐私保护机构、统一数据安全技术标准、制定政府数据开放许可协议等政策建议。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates and analyzes the data security protection of our country from four aspects: related laws and regulations, policies, organization settings and standards, and summarizes the experiences and shortcomings of the security protection in the open government data in our country.It is suggested that our country should make special laws and policies on data security, strengthen the construction of existing institutions, set up special privacy protection organizations, unify the technical standards of data security, and formulate the open license agreement for government data, and so on.
