论国家监察体制改革语境下的宪法修改

【摘要】：作为专门的反腐败国家机关的监察委员会,这一新的国家机关的设立必然涉及宪法修改问题。此次修改以采用修正案的方式为宜,并且新增的修正案应当是可以作为独立适用的条款,既能保证宪法规范与社会实际的一致性,又能保证宪法的稳定性以增强宪法的尊严和权威性。
[Abstract]:As a special anti-corruption state organ, the establishment of this new state organ is bound to involve constitutional amendment. This amendment is appropriate in the form of an amendment, and the new amendment should be an article that can be applied independently, ensuring the consistency of the constitutional norms with the reality of society. It can also ensure the stability of the constitution to enhance its dignity and authority.
