企业管理中劳动合同管理的法律风险研究

【摘要】:劳动合同管理在每个企业在管理过程中所占据地位的重要性不言而喻。科学规范的进行劳动合同管理不仅可以使企业与员工的劳动关系更加稳定和谐,增强员工对于企业的归属感,还可以保证企业的持续稳定发展,增强企业的工作效率。本文首先对劳动合同管理的特点及法律风险概念进行简要分析,然后对管理过程中可能出现的法律风险做了一定的探讨,最后提出了几点具体的方法和解决措施,以期能够有效的对这些可能出现的法律风险进行预防和化解,从而保证企业的正常运转。
[Abstract]:The importance of labor contract management in every enterprise is self-evident. Scientific and standardized labor contract management can not only make the labor relationship between enterprises and employees more stable and harmonious, enhance the sense of belonging of employees to enterprises, but also ensure the sustainable and stable development of enterprises and enhance the efficiency of enterprises. In this paper, the characteristics of labor contract management and the concept of legal risk are briefly analyzed, then the possible legal risks in the process of management are discussed, and some concrete methods and solutions are put forward. In order to effectively prevent and resolve these possible legal risks, so as to ensure the normal operation of enterprises.
