食品安全问题的博弈论分析及治理对策研究

【摘要】：俗话说“民以食为天”，说明了食物在人们生活中的重要性。就单个个体来说，食物是个体生命延续的根本保证；从人类这个群体来说，食物是族群能够生存、延续、发展的基础。然而，近年来随着毒奶粉、地沟油、苏丹红等食品安全事件不断的被揭露出来，我国在食品安全领域存在的问题也不断的暴露在公众的视野中，引起了全社会的广泛关注，也成了众多学者研究的对象，本文运用文献法、理论分析法、案例分析法和实证分析法相结合的研究方法，通过运用博弈论理论对食品安全问题进行了分析，得出了博弈论分析结论，提出了食品安全问题的治理对策。本文共分四个部分，第一部分为绪论，从论文的选题背景，选题意义和国内外研究现状进行了简单介绍。第二部分，博弈论简介和食品安全问题现状分析，主要介绍了博弈论和我国食品安全问题现状。以2012年白酒塑化剂事件等为例，，着重介绍我国食品安全现状。第三部分，食品安全问题的博弈论分析。介绍了参与博弈的主体，从博弈要素的角度进行了分析，得出了博弈主体间信息不对称、食品生产经营企业追逐利润最大化导致违法行为发生、消费者是博弈中的最大输家、食品安全问题导致的最终结果是没有赢家等分析结论。第四部分，食品安全问题的治理对策。提出了解决目前我国食品安全问题的治理对策。主张通过制定更加严密的博弈规则，化解博弈信息不对称的难题，强化对相关博弈主体的监督，改进多元博弈主体的博弈策略等方式，化解目前我国存在的食品安全问题。
[Abstract]:As the saying goes, "people take food as the sky", which explains the importance of food in people's lives. For a single individual, food is the fundamental guarantee of the continuation of individual life; from the human group, food is the basis for the survival, continuity and development of the population. However, in recent years, with the exposure of food safety incidents such as tainted milk powder, gutter oil, Sudan red and so on, the problems existing in the field of food safety in our country have also been continuously exposed to the public view, which has aroused the widespread concern of the whole society. It has also become the object of many scholars' research. This paper uses the methods of literature, theoretical analysis, case analysis and empirical analysis to analyze food safety by using game theory. The conclusion of game theory analysis is obtained, and the countermeasures of food safety problem are put forward. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, from the background of the topic, the significance of the topic and the status quo of domestic and foreign research. In the second part, the introduction of game theory and the analysis of the current situation of food safety are given, which mainly introduce the game theory and the current situation of food safety in China. Taking the event of liquor plasticizer in 2012 as an example, this paper introduces the present situation of food safety in China. The third part is the game theory analysis of food safety. This paper introduces the main body participating in the game, analyzes the elements of the game, and draws the conclusion that the information asymmetry between the players of the game, the pursuit of profit maximization by the food production and management enterprises leads to illegal behavior, and the consumer is the biggest loser in the game. The end result of food safety problems is that there are no winners and so on. The fourth part, the management countermeasure of food safety problem. The countermeasures to solve the problem of food safety in China are put forward. In order to solve the food safety problems existing in our country, we should make more strict game rules, resolve the problem of asymmetric information, strengthen the supervision of the relevant players, and improve the game strategy of the multi-game players.
