谈谈对新闻法问题的基本认识

【摘要】：以法律法规这种稳定、长效的约束机制来调整人民在信息传播活动中的各种关系,保证新闻工作能够有正常开展或运转的职业活动空间,这就是新闻立法的核心要义。特别要注意对三个误区的澄清:第一个误区是将法和法治完全等同起来;第二个误区是认为法就是用来镇压坏人的;第三个误区是认为法是完美解决之道。
[Abstract]:The core of news legislation is to adjust the relationship between the people in the information dissemination activities and to ensure that the press work can have the normal development or operation of the professional activity space with the stable and long-term restraint mechanism of laws and regulations. In particular, attention should be paid to clarifying the three misunderstandings: the first is to completely equate law with the rule of law; the second is to think that law is used to suppress bad people; and the third is to think that law is the perfect solution.
