[Abstract]:The concept and practice of comprehensive administrative law enforcement in Zhenghuang Island is the embodiment of the internal reform power of the new area along the west coast of Qingdao, and it also profoundly reflects and embodies the complexity and comprehensiveness of modern society itself. This is the premise and objective basis of the rationality of comprehensive administrative law enforcement in Huangdao. The rationality of practice comes from the depth and correctness of cognition.
