畜牧农业防疫保护的法律研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国的畜牧农业得到快速发展,取得重大成果,畜牧农业总产值占农业总产值的40%左右,在拉动农村经济发展方面起到重要作用,在促进农民增收方面扮演着重要角色。但是,我国畜牧农业的防疫保护工作还存在许多问题,一定程度上影响了畜牧农业的可持续发展。本文从法律角度着手,探析当前我国畜牧农业防疫保护的法律体系现状,并简单提出几点完善畜牧农业防疫保护法律体系的措施,以期实现畜牧农业防疫保护的法律化、规范化、制度化,推动我国畜牧农业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, livestock farming in China has been developing rapidly and has achieved significant results. The gross output value of livestock agriculture accounts for about 40% of the total agricultural output value, which plays an important role in stimulating the development of rural economy. It plays an important role in increasing farmers' income. However, there are still many problems in the prevention and protection of livestock agriculture in China, which to some extent affect the sustainable development of animal husbandry agriculture. From the point of view of law, this paper probes into the present situation of legal system of animal husbandry agricultural epidemic prevention protection in China, and puts forward some measures to perfect the legal system of animal husbandry agriculture epidemic prevention protection, in order to realize the legalization of animal husbandry agriculture epidemic prevention protection. Standardize, institutionalize, promote the sustainable development of animal husbandry agriculture of our country.
