【摘要】：正2017年7月25日上午,《安徽省湖泊保护条例(草案修改稿)》提交安徽省十二届人大第三十九次会议审议。提出,禁止任何单位和个人将畜禽粪便、污水直接排入湖体;应当制定湖泊水质异常、水污染、藻类防控等突发事件应急预案,及时处置突发事件。为了湖泊保护名录纳入湖泊有更切实可行的划定
[Abstract]:On the morning of July 25, 2017, the regulations for the Protection of Lakes in Anhui Province (revised draft) were submitted to the 39th session of the 12th National people's Congress of Anhui Province for deliberation. It is proposed that it is forbidden for any unit or individual to directly discharge livestock and poultry manure and sewage into the lake body, and that emergency plans for lake water quality anomalies, water pollution, algae prevention and control should be formulated, and emergency events should be disposed of in time. More practical delineation of lakes to be included in the list of lake protection
